The mentorship program is an eight (8) week course, meeting 2x a week. Some of the sessions will be in a classroom setting, while the rest of the sessions will be live on project sites where rehab work is on-going. The course starts as we collectively start a house flip on the first week. On the eighth week, we will complete the flip project together and list it on the market for sale. You will go through the entire experience and process of flipping a house during this course. All the strategies applied, decisions taken, costs incurred, and the work progress will be experienced in real time. While online gurus are flashy and promise becoming a millionaire overnight by selling online based courses hiding behind a computer, with flip formula, there are NO gimmicks, NO empty promises!!! We will learn together in class and apply the knowledge together in person on-site, and list the property in the market to sell for profit. After you graduate, you can copy this formula and keep going again and again like Asif has been doing and find success and financial reward by flipping homes in the DFW area.
